MORE JOBS AND BETTER PAY IN 2016 FOR MBA's

According to a recent survey conducted by GMAC, this year promises better job prospects for business school graduates compared to 2015.

96% of employers say that hiring recent business school graduates creates value for their companies.

69% of employers agree that recruiting graduates of MBA and specialized business master's program is a priority in their hiring plans.

75% employers expect to hire MBA graduates in 2016 compared to 71% of companies that hired in 2015.

56% employers globally plan to increase starting annual base salaries in 2016 at or above the rate of inflation.

50% of employers want to increase annual base salaries at or above the rate of inflation for Master in Accounting graduates in 2016.

73% employers said they will offer internships for MBA candidates.

92% employers who provide internships for MBA students expect either to increase (26%) or maintain (66%) the number of internship openings in 2016 compared to 2015.

This survey aims to provide business school and their students with an advance approach to the job market this year and provide employers and schools that use the GMAT exam in their admission process with detailed statistics
