Pimples are an unfortunate skin problem, if you are tired of popping painful pimples precaution is the way to go.

1. Eat Healthy An unhealthy diet has been always linked to acne. Reduce amout of dairy, greasy n oily food which will undoubtedly help eliminate your pimple breakouts. 2. Drink Water Consuming at least 8 glasses of water will detoxify your skin giving it a radiant and glowing touch by keeping pimples at bay. Drinking water hydrates your skin making it healthier, less oily, less dry and less prone to pimples.

3. Avoid use of heavy makeup Pimples and acne are a result of clogged pores which can serve as a breeding ground for pimples thus resulting in inevitable breakouts. Most cosmetic products make the skin unhealthy. Choosing oil free and fragrant free products would be a wise decision. 4. Exercise Daily exercise keeps hormone levels at balance and release toxins through sweat. Exercise acts as a stress buster as well as improves sleep cycles, these two factors also helps in reduction of pimples.

5. Avoid touching your face. Keep your hands away from face. Do not rest ur face over dirty surfaces. Never prick or pop ur pimples as it would only scar your face. Wash your face twice daily with an pimple clearing facewash or an anti bacterial soap.
