1. Ditch junk. No amount of chips, burgers or pizzas can help you get rid of the belly. Leave your cravings aside for once and eat healthy.

2. Sweat it out. Be it gym, running or jogging, don't forget to burn those extra calories darling. Get in shape and see yourself transform.

3. Never skip breakfast. A heavy and wholesome breakfast will make your appetite less during lunch and dinner and you'll end up shedding weight in 10-15 days.

4. Pile on the veggies. Binge on as many vegetables as you can. This will reduce your diet and make you full too soon. Trust me if you wanna say goodbye to 4 pant sizes.
