5 Ways to ace an interview

1. Always search about the company you're sitting for. Use it to your skill in an interview by complimenting on how much the company has achieved by citing examples of its growth.
2. Remember 1st impression is your last impression. Wear proper formals and be confident. Even if you don't know the answer, answer it with confidence. That will increase your chances of getting in.
3. Be dynamic. Learn about the various posts open for the company and tell them you're willing to work hard for any position they give you. That way, you'll always get placed for the highest position in the company.
4. Speak the most in group discussions. Even if you speak utter bullshit, don't forget to get yourself noticed by your employers before you dig in for the final interview. This will fetch you brownie points over the others.
5. Never be undermined if your grades ain't good enough. Grades cant get in the way of your personality and way of speaking. Just believe in yourself that you can do it and you're good to go.
