Drop the gym just for a day & feel like you have missed the most important thing of our daily schedule. Is it so??? If you get the same feeling then you must check these 5 signs which will prove that you are a gymaholic-

1. REGULAR WORKOUT

If you stay mad full day just because you missed the gym then yes you are completely habitual of working out regularly. Giving a quality time& going gym to exercise from your busy day schedule surely shows that you can’t live without it. Further it reveals that fitness is your priority& you are concerned about it.

2. IGNORE JUNK FOOD

Do you feel tempted to eat junk food??? Obviously nooo!! you keep yourself away from junk food doesn’t matters whosever tries to convinces you to eat up atleast a bite. No taste is above your dedication & willingness to stay fit.

3. GO FOR HEALTHY FOOD

Drinking 8-10 glass of water & following your diet chart consistently???Yes if u are keeping fruits and green vegetables in our diet then I don’t think i need to add anything more in it.

4. NO GOSSIPS OR USE OF CELL PHONE

During workout no chit- chats just concerned about your exercise. It doesn’t really matters what is going all around. All matters is to stay focused. They know sending text messages in the gym won’t help to build muscle.

5. ENJOY DURING WORKOUT

Definitely gymaholic do love & enjoy themselves doing more harder exercise from previous day. By doing this they increase their strength & get motivated. Their happiness & self satisfaction lies in it.
