5 Ways to Quit Smoking

Addictions are a part of life. Some are addicted to something that is beneficial and most are not. Smoking is one of those heavenly treats which are better if not done on a regular basis (because it's said so on the cover, I mean just look at those lungs!)

Smoking can be hard to quit but here are some tricks that might help you quit.

1. PEER PRESSURE : A lot of people usually smoke with their friends or colleagues. Tell them that you'd want to quit but keep a hefty price along with it. You wouldn't want to spend on them and they'd just love to earn, therefore objective achieved.

2. ALTERNATES : If you have a habit of smoking everyday which you most probably do if you're reading this, then try to smoke every alternate day. It's shown that when you gather the courage to give up for a day your body begins to reject it and you also gain the willpower to do it on a regular basis. (Also you're becoming healthier...for a day)

3. PE-GIRLFRIEND-ER-PRESSURE : Get a girl who doesn't approve of smoking. Enough said.

4. SCIENCE! : Try nicotine patches. The boxes are fully descriptive. They'll serve their purpose. You would get agitated at first but you'll thank it later.

5. EXERCISE : It's shown that firstly when you exercise you burn up some of the nicotine in your lungs and secondly your body starts to reject it. It's a win win situation, amazing body+ More stamina = Happy + Satisfied "she". So here are my few tricks, be sure to share your own ways which you think might work.
